    Mail your cheque, together with the Billing Notice, to us or drop your
cheque into our Cheque Deposit Box at our Customer Service Centre.
Do make your cheque payable to
Aviva Ltd and write your policy
number on the reverse of the cheque.
 
     
    By Credit Card  
   

You can opt to charge the first 2 months' premium payment to your
preferred credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), by indicating this as your
initial payment mode in your application form.

 
     
    By Interbank GIRO  
    Choose to arrange for your premium due to be deducted from your
designated bank account.

To enjoy this hassle free service, just complete and return the
Application for Interbank GIRO form. One application is required
for each policy. It normally takes about 2 weeks for your Bank to
approve your application. In the meantime, please continue to pay your premiums in the existing manner if they become due. We will inform
you when the premium deduction from your bank account starts.

The following provides a guide of the monthly premium
deduction dates:

      The 2nd deduction attempt will be made if the 1st deduction attempt is not successful.

Should you wish to make changes to your premium payment arrangement, please complete the Request for
Changes to Individual Life Policies form and mail to us.
 
         
   
  Important Notes
You have to consider carefully before replacing your existing term policy. The decision you make should always be in your best interest. Some considerations include benefits like renewable and convertible options, critical illness benefit, riders on your existing term policy. Comparison of insurance policies should not be based solely on coverage and premiums alone.
